TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

1) I will be contacting you during the commission process, so please make sure to keep an eye out for my messages!2) If you are commissioning an original character, please provide a clear visual reference (if you do not have images of your character already, I will accept mood boards/collages!). I will not draw OCs based on description alone.
If you are commissioning art of your FFXIV character, I can come take reference pictures of you!3) If your commission must be completed by a certain date, please indicate so during the commission request.4) Progress pictures will be sent for approval before I move on to the next steps of the drawing!5) I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE OR TERMINATE SERVICES AT ANY TIME

PAYMENT

All prices in USD
•All payments made via Paypal
•All payments are to be made upfront and in full.
•Should I be unable to complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.•Should I decide to terminate your commission due to improper or hateful conduct you will NOT receive a refund.•Should you decide to cancel your commission after I have already started on it, you will receive a 50% refund.
•Should you find small errors in the finished piece, I will fix it for no extra charge. If the requested edit will require me to entirely redraw parts of the commission, there will be additional fees.

USAGE AND CREDIT

As the artist, I claim the right to use any and all of my artwork for purposes such as:
•Self-promotion
•Social media posts
•Personal purposes
•Profitable and non-profitable publications (does not apply if the art is of your original character/story)As the commissioner, you may:
•Post your commission on social media (with credit)
•Use the art for personal purposesAs the commissioner, you may NOT:
•Use the commission for financial profit.
•Claim the art as your own.
•Remove my watermark/signature from any complete/incomplete piece.*I will watermark/sign all works. The completed commission will have a non-obtrusive watermark/signature.

CONCLUSION

Some terms are negotiable, and I am pretty flexible! If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out!Please be aware that my art style tends to fluctuate as I continue to search for one that I am comfortable with. If ordering a commission, feel free to use other drawings of mine as examples of what you would like your commission to look like.
